We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing first-shift team. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving electrical and mechanical issues, and working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a stable, family-owned company.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Work with electrical systems, PLCs, 480V equipment, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, 3-phase motors, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.
• Complete equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with light facility maintenance as needed.

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and reading schematics.
• Working knowledge of 3-phase motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus.

1st Shift

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of Lino Lakes, MN.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.
