Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our first-shift maintenance team. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing automated equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems. Your day-to-day activities will vary, with approximately 50% of your time spent on handling preventative maintenance, 30% on high-level diagnostics and repairs, and 20% on various project-based work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot automated equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical subsystems, including PLCs, 480V systems, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain and repair 3-phase motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and facility tools.
• Perform light facilities tasks as needed.

• Troubleshooting electrical systems and pneumatics.
• Experience in preventative maintenance and reading schematics.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of 3-phase motors and hydraulics.

• Technical degree (Preferred).
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Welding experience (Nice to Have).

Work Environment

Work the first shift from 6AM-4PM Monday-Thursday, and 5AM-3:00PM Friday. Collaborate with a team of six other technicians.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lino Lakes, MN.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lino Lakes,MN.
