Project Manager

Location: Remote (Travel in Central Texas Required) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects across multiple locations. This role is remote based but requires regular travel to project sites as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, scheduling, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage, administer, and organize projects under the direction of Management or a Program Manager. Plan, budget, schedule, track, and document all aspects of assigned projects. Define project scope and develop customized project plans to meet business objectives. Collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues proactively, and initiate appropriate escalations when necessary. Identify and coordinate third-party vendor requirements and associated scope of work. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units and functions. Provide regular project status updates to executive leadership. Escalate issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, costs, or overall project success. Maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience. PMP certification is preferred. 3–6+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience. At least 1 year of industry-related experience. Strong project scheduling, planning, and analytical skills. Ability to analyze data and develop meaningful reports, presentations, and project updates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience creating project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices. Preferred Skills PMP certification or formal project management training. Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Ability to travel to project sites as needed. Experience supporting large-scale operational, infrastructure, or deployment projects. What We're Looking For Strong leadership and coordination skills.
