Bilingual Administrative Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join a fast-paced trucking and logistics company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the industry and grow long-term. The ideal candidate is coachable, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile.

This environment can be demanding, so we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay professional under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile banking transactions and assist with financial records
  • Process payments and print checks
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing and document management
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone (English & Spanish)
  • Assist with basic accounting functions
  • Support payroll processing for drayage operations
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems (Fleet Enable / Fleet Manager)
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to operations team

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, email communication, data entry)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills with clients and internal teams
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Comfortable working overtime when needed
