Compensation: $115,000-$140,000 base salary - full benefits, PTO + CME, malpractice covered. SMH Innovations - physician-led and physician-owned - is recruiting a permanent, full-time NP/PA for a stable, collaborative LTACH team in Savannah, GA. Manage medically complex patients with strong physician support. 12-18 patients/day (census dependent); work alongside a supervising physician Long-term acute care setting; consistent schedule Ideal for APPs with LTACH, ICU, hospital medicine, or IM experience who enjoy autonomy with physician collaboration Coastal living - historic downtown, beaches nearby Certified NP/PA; active GA license.
