This full-time, onsite position focuses on serving elementary-aged students and is ideal for candidates passionate about helping children develop essential communication skills.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology certification required
• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred, including SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to each student
• Provide direct therapy, both individually and in group settings, focusing on speech and language development
• Collaborate extensively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Accurately document sessions and progress, maintaining compliance and clear records
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and adjust intervention strategies as needed based on student progress
