Based near Warren, MI, you'll provide essential speech and language services to K–12 students, fostering their growth within a supportive educational environment.

Key Skills & Desired Experience:

• Current and valid SLP credentials (CCC, CFY, or eligible).
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Comfort working with a diverse range of student needs, ages, and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with healthcare practices related to SLP services.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Dedication to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in grades K–12.
• Complete evaluations and provide appropriate interventions for students with speech, language, or communication disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy documentation in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and program goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and team consultations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines.
