Build relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale. Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers. Present vehicles in a professional and helpful manner. Work with management to structure fair deals. Help customers through the buying process. Represent Thornton Automotive Dover with honesty and professionalism.
