SummaryThe Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable process from invoice printing, entry and payment of vendor invoices, statement verification and vendor inquiry responses.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrinting of Vendor InvoicesEntry of Vendor InvoicesPayment of Vendor InvoicesRespond to vendor inquiriesReview and balance of Vendor statementsWorks on other projects as assigned by the ManagerQualifications/RequirementsGraduate of or currently enrolled in College or University Finance/Accounting ProgramThorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft OfficeStrong in data analysis and data system skillsExtremely well-organized with superior attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, work in a high pace environment and meet deadlinesTimes Microwave Systems is an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.Shift: 1st ShiftType: Full TimeDepartment: Finance
