Facilities Coordinator

Duration: 6 Months Contract with a possible extension Summary Assist with the daily operations and maintenance of the organization's physical workspace, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for employees and visitors. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, furniture setup, and equipment check. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, HVAC, electrical, and security service. Support office moves, workspace reconfigurations, and supply inventory management. Monitor facility systems and report issues to management or contractors as needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist during emergency procedures or drills. Maintain logs, schedules, and records related to facility operation. Skills Experience in building maintenance, facilities support, or a related role.
