Lead initiatives in records management, vendor administration, and technology adoption to enhance legal operations. Develop metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making and showcase the legal team's impact. Manage vendor relationships, subscription renewals, and invoice tracking to ensure seamless operations. Support the implementation of AI tools and legal technology platforms to drive innovation. Draft and maintain documentation of processes and best practices, providing training to legal team members. Act as a liaison between Legal and other departments to strengthen collaboration and coordination. Contribute to strategic planning, project tracking, and internal communications for the legal team. Contract Senior Legal Operations Associate Job Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations, management, or project leadership within professional services or legal environments. Proficiency with records management frameworks and enterprise content management systems. Experience implementing legal technology platforms and AI tools to enhance workflows. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trust and navigating complex dynamics.
