Position Overview The Restaurant Supervisor is a key leader on the floor, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the development of our team (Firestarters). This role is a stepping stone into salaried management , designed for high‑performing individuals ready to grow their leadership career. You will lead by example, own the guest experience, and help drive operational excellence in both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house environments.
