Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 3) to join the A-MH (Air Dominance Proprietary) team in Hazelwood, Missouri. Position Responsibilities:Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targetsDevelops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phasesConducts supplier assessmentsReviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual complianceEvaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plansProvides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunitiesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Shift: This position is for 1st shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and servicesMore than 3 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processesMore than 3 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirementsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):More than 3 years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacityMore than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain managementConflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
