Program Coordinator

Oversees and manages all of the operations of the Emerson TR program Conducts all new consumer evaluations and completes intakes Provides supervision to program staff and responsible for completion of all staff evaluations Develops and reviews consumer treatment plans, demonstrating sound clinical skills through different treatment modalities Establishes, maintains and approves all changes in staff schedules Represents Residential Services at Partial Care meetings and/or any other meetings as delegated Must maintain knowledge of the program’s policies and procedures as well as ensuring accurate clinical and administrative documentation Develops in-program groups and activities Qualifications MSW in Social Work, MA in Psychology or a related field Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder Supervisory experience preferred Valid Driver’s License Location Emerson, New Jersey Employment Type Full-Time Shift Monday, 8am - 4pm Tuesday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm What We Offer Competitive pay that values your experience and dedication Exceptional health benefits - over 90% of medical and dental premiums covered, plus free vision insurance Employer contribution to your 403(b) retirement plan after one year of employment Generous paid time off package, including vacation, personal and sick days. 10 paid holidays plus 2 discretionary days provided by CBH Care Opportunities for clinical supervision for licensed staff Career growth and professional development opportunities within a supportive, mission-driven organization.
