About the Role
The Company is seeking an Area Vice President of Sales to spearhead franchise growth and development within a designated multi-state area. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospect selection, franchise sales execution, market expertise, relationship development, presentation skills, negotiation expertise, and reporting integrity. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in franchise sales or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience, and a strong commitment to the company's vision and standards. The Area Vice President of Sales will be instrumental in driving the company's future course, and as such, must be adept at identifying and targeting potential franchisees, maintaining a vigilant watch on industry trends, and skillfully negotiating franchise agreements. Candidates for the Area Vice President of Sales position at the company should be tech-savvy, proficient in the Office Suite and CRM, and be prepared to travel frequently within the designated area.
