Molly Maid de North Albany y Saratoga busca un profesional bilingüe y confiable, listo para asumir la responsabilidad de las operaciones diarias y los estándares de calidad. Este puesto es de liderazgo práctico, apoyando a nuestros equipos de limpieza y garantizando la excelencia constante en el servicio. Este puesto es temporal con posibilidad de convertirse en permanente según el rendimiento y las necesidades de la organización.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar la preparación del equipo matutino y el lanzamiento diario.
- Traducir y comunicar las expectativas del cliente (Inglés Español).
- Realizar inspecciones de calidad en el hogar.
- Miembros del equipo de limpieza de trenes y autocares.
- Intervenga y realice limpiezas completas del hogar cuando sea necesario.
- Mantener los estándares de equipos, suministros y vehículos.
- Apoyar el papeleo al final del día y los procedimientos de cierre de la oficina.
Requisitos
- Fluidez en inglés y español (se requiere comunicación verbal).
- Se requiere experiencia previa en limpieza residencial.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación.
- Confiable y puntual.
- Cómodo realizando trabajos de limpieza física.
- Capaz de levantar hasta 30 libras.
Se valora mucho la experiencia de supervisión o liderazgo de equipo.

Requisitos del puesto
Requisitos mínimos para ser considerado para el puesto.
• Legalmente autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos
• Experiencia previa en limpieza y supervisión o experiencia equivalente
• Completar una verificación de antecedentes
• Licencia de conducir válida
• Estás disponible para trabajar de lunes a viernes, de 8 am a 5 pm.
