Market Manager - Home Theater (Seasonal)

Ready to turn your passion for home entertainment into real impact? ActionLink is looking for a Seasona l Market Development Manager to drive TCL’s success across the Salt Lake City, Orem, and Ogden markets. You’ll build retailer relationships, energize store teams, and accelerate sales while showcasing the innovation that makes TCL home theater experiences stand out.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday — with flexibility for weekends and holidays when the action calls for it.

What’s In It for You:

This is a seasonal position starting in October and running through February 14, 2027.
$25.00-$27.00, per hour , commensurate with experience

Your Mission:

Lead the charge in boosting sales and profitability across your territory
Champion retail excellence through impactful training, stunning merchandising, and hands-on support
Cultivate strong relationships with store managers and retail teams
Track performance data and tweak strategies for maximum impact
Represent TCL at exciting industry events, trade shows, and promotions

What You’ll Need:

Willingness and availability to travel
Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles under corporate policy
Physically able to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours a day
