Regional Sales Manager

Compensation: $150,000–$180,000 base + strong earning potential About the Role This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role focused on driving revenue growth across the Gulf Coast territory for a well-established, PE-backed leader in the electrical power systems industry. You'll own the territory end-to-end, building and expanding relationships across industrial, utility, commercial, and data center customers who rely on mission‑critical electrical infrastructure. From building out a territory plan to prospecting, closing new business, and growing existing accounts, this role is about creating real momentum in a high‑value market with deep technical product offerings, including circuit breakers, switchgear, field services, life extension, and electrical engineering solutions. You'll partner closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams while staying sharp on market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics. Success here looks like a healthy pipeline, strong customer relationships, and consistent revenue growth across one of the company's most strategic territories. What You'll Do Develop and execute a Gulf Coast territory strategy that aligns with revenue goals and market opportunity Prospect and close new business across industrial, utility, commercial, and data center accounts Manage opportunities from first conversation through contract execution Expand existing accounts through upsell and cross‑sell across the full product and service portfolio Navigate multi‑stakeholder buying processes with a consultative, solution‑based approach Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting in Salesforce Partner with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align customer needs with business outcomes Stay current on market trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning in the electrical power systems space Qualifications 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience, ideally in industrial, electrical, energy, or related technical product and service environments Proven track record of carrying and hitting quota in a full‑cycle sales role Experience navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder buying processes Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline Consultative selling approach with the ability to translate customer needs into business outcomes Comfortable with Salesforce and modern CRM workflows Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Why Join Us You'll be joining a privately held, PE‑backed industry leader with decades of history, deep technical credibility, and a global footprint across the U.S. and U.K. The company has built its reputation as the one‑stop source for electrical power systems, from new and remanufactured equipment to NETA‑certified field services, engineering, and emergency restoration.
