The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and hire world-class talent across all business functions. This includes recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, supply chain, business and program management, leadership positions at every level and all other business functions. The ideal candidate must be a strategic business partner who combines data-driven decision making that drive innovative technology-based recruitment solutions, recruitment marketing, on-boarding and operational excellence – while ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
