Project Coordinator

Achieveng is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fully Remote Project Coordinator to support our Special Inspections and Materials Testing operations. The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and inspectors, ensuring projects are properly coordinated from proposal through completion. This position requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of construction documents, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit inspection and testing proposals to clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project requirements, scheduling, inspections, and overall project coordination. Coordinate daily with inspectors, laboratory personnel, and project teams to ensure inspection and testing services are properly scheduled and executed. Review inspection reports, discrepancies, nonconformance issues, and failed test results, and communicate findings to clients and project stakeholders. Review project submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, revised plans, and other design modifications to determine impacts on project scope and inspection requirements. Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are properly organized, stored, and retained in accordance with company procedures. Monitor project progress and assist in resolving scheduling, technical, and administrative issues. Support project managers and engineering staff with project tracking, reporting, and client communications. Maintain accurate project information within company software systems. Review project plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and other contract documents to assist on the development of scopes of work and cost estimates. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 proficiency or equivalent). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong customer service and client relationship management skills. Preferred Experience Experience in construction quality assurance, special inspections, materials testing, or related construction industry fields. Familiarity with project management and CRM software. Experience using Pipedrive, eFieldData, or similar project management platforms. Understanding of construction inspection processes, testing requirements, and quality control procedures. Skills and Competencies Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
