Project Coordinator

Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, independent worker to support our project management teams. Someone who is familiar with project coordination and overall document management for commercial construction projects is preferred but not a requirement. The successful candidate will have excellent multi-tasking and service-oriented communication skills. This position requires the candidate to prioritize multiple demands, meet deadlines, coordinate with cross-functional teams (clients, subcontractors, and vendors), and manage the subcontracts process. Experience with Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Apple iPhone iOS, and Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus. Responsibilities Support project management teams and assist with project coordination and document management for commercial construction projects. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and related tools; familiarity with Apple iOS and Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Required). Detail-oriented, motivated, and capable of working independently. Experience with project coordination and document management for construction projects is preferred but not required.
