Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient office resources. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, who are committed to supporting each other and our clients. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate patient needs. The goal is to deliver round-the-clock support and availability for clients, ensuring they have access to care whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the individual needs and recovery goals of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Craft tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic models that address each client’s unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Deliver direct individual counseling sessions, employing methods such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to promote positive behavioral change.

• Facilitate engaging and empathetic group therapy sessions that encourage peer support, sharing of experiences, and mutual growth in recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during substance-related emergencies, offering calmness and clarity to clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families on the complexities of addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources to enhance their support networks.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while tracking the progress and response to treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, providing guidance and support that meets them where they are in their recovery journey. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Solid understanding of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care principles.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing individual and group therapy in an addiction treatment context.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with a non-judgmental and empathetic attitude.

Compensation and Benefits\n
