Growing together.The RCM Billing Representative is an entry-level to intermediate individual contributor responsible for accurate and timely invoice creation and claim submission for home infusion services.This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.We offer weeks of paid training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.Primary Responsibilities:Review open delivery tickets and prioritize daily billing activitiesGenerate and submit accurate invoices and claims in a timely mannerProcess secondary insurance and copay assistance claims after primary adjudicationIdentify billing discrepancies and escalate trends to leadershipComplete account correction requests within established SLAsResolve payer rejections for clean claim resolutionAdhere to payer, regulatory, and internal billing guidelinesProvide customer service to internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate alignment with organizational mission, values, and culture in all interactionsPerform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma OR GEDMust be 18 years of age OR older1+ years of medical billing, collections, OR accounts receivable experienceProficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook)Proficient in Adobe Acrobat OR Nitro Pro PlatformsAbility to work full time Monday - Friday.
