Automotive Service Manager

You’ll take the lead on the entire operation—people, customers, workflow, vendors, and business performance. Someone who can coach an employee, earn a customer’s confidence, solve a workflow problem, and keep the team moving toward a shared goal. Keep work moving through the shop with organized scheduling, parts coordination, and customer updates. Grow sales and profitability through excellent service, smart decisions, and consistent execution. Take ownership of the customer experience from the first conversation through vehicle pickup. Bring ideas, solve problems, and turn opportunities into measurable results. Bring the experience to back it up: You should have automotive management experience, a practical understanding of shop operations and financial performance, and examples of how your leadership made a business or team better. Confidence with shop management software and digital inspections matters, along with a willingness to learn and improve.
