Mortgage Loan Officer

Carolina One Mortgage, a member of the Newrez family, is seeking a Loan Officer to sell mortgage products and develop referral networks. You will meet clients outside the office, including at their homes, and visit real estate agents to grow borrower leads. You will prequalify and analyze financials, negotiate terms, lock loans, collect fees, and coordinate with processing centers to ensure smooth closings.
