Bilingual Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our adjacent apartment communities totaling 438 units, conveniently located in Irving! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• At least three years of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish). 

• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.

• Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
