Facilities Administrative Assistant

Facilities Administrative Assistant

Part time 15-20 hour per week Facilities Administrative Responsibilities

  • Facilities P-Card reconciliation
  • Support facility department EPROC (purchasing) activities.
  • Collect and process facility utilities invoices for Auburn Hills and Troy water, Consumers Energy (natural gas) and DTE (electricity)
  • Tracking utility use and charting
  • Waste Management & GFL invoice processing (trash and recycling)
  • Coffee supply orders
  • Cleaning supply/Building paper product orders
  • AP open issue resolution
  • Facilities preventive maintenance work order management
  • Troy front desk back up
  • Postage meter management AH/Troy
  • Invoice Processing - PCard, Smart Process, Eproc
