Live Operations Coordinator

Pilgrim's is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator, under direct manager provides clerical, reports and keeps inventories of feed mill ingredients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting using SAP
• Record keeping and filing of confidential materials
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Experience in SAP is preferred
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary
• Organized and detail minded
• Customer service skills
• Confidentiality a must
• Promotes open communication and supports a positive work environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Feed Mill Operations Team
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience: 1 or more years of previous experience
• Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities, good math skills.
