Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to inform treatment planning.

• Provide regular individual and group counseling sessions through a virtual platform, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to refine clinical skills, knowledge, and cultural competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse client population including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders, among other mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients from various cultural backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of culturally responsive care and understanding individual client stories. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
