This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, based on experience and hours worked. As a key member of our counseling team, you will provide essential mental health counseling to individuals, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients and offer support tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized mental health counseling via secure video chat sessions, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.

• Conducting thorough assessments to gain insight into clients’ backgrounds and mental health status, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals.

• Facilitating skill-building sessions, aiding clients in enhancing coping strategies, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities through practical exercises and discussion.

• Consistently monitoring and evaluating clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to foster continued growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves stable, low-acuity adults who seek support with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate everyday challenges and enhance their overall mental well-being through thoughtful counseling tailored to their situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a current state license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent licensure to practice without supervision.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license will be accepted.
\n
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, along with good computer literacy to efficiently use our counseling platform.

• Reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection is essential for seamless virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with telehealth modalities, is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities will also be beneficial as you engage with clients.
