What You Bring:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings preferred.
• Strong commitment to supporting students with a range of needs, including those requiring higher-level intervention.
• Ability to adapt and thrive within a fast-paced educational environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to complete safety care training (provided for this role).
• Available for a full-time schedule from now through the end of the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, implementing evidence-based interventions that address sensory, motor, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize student growth.
• Participate in school meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure student safety and well-being by applying safety care techniques and best practices.
