Business Development Specialist - Arden Courts

Description

This position supports communities in Parma, Westlake, Chagrin Falls, and Bath.


The Business Development Specialist builds and grows community occupancy through the implementation of a strategic sales and marketing plan and application of sales techniques. The Business Development Specialist also develops relationships with referral sources to ensure a consistent flow of quality referrals essential to growing community occupancy.

*Bonus program eligible based on the achievement of key performance indicators

Requirements

Education: College degree preferred
Skills: Familiarity with memory care, assisted living, and/or health care services preferred
Experience : 3-5 years sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals preferred

License: RN license preferred
