Payroll & Compliance Specialist

Hiossen seeks a Compensation & Compliance Associate for Ridgefield Park, NJ, on-site, full-time. You will manage biweekly payroll, HRIS records, benefits, and leave programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, payroll experience (multi-state preferred), and strong Excel skills.
