Target Compensation: $30-37 per hour commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities For The Payroll Assistant Collect, organize, and review employee timesheets from multiple foremen and project sites. Enter and verify timekeeping data from both electronic and paper‑based records. Assist with union payroll adjustments, including holiday pay and other contract‑specific earnings. Track employee hours across multiple projects to ensure accurate payroll processing. Coordinate with field teams and payroll personnel to resolve discrepancies and missing information. Qualifications For The Payroll Assistant Prior payroll, timekeeping, or payroll support experience a plus. Experience reviewing high volumes of data Strong follow up skills Comfortable speaking to employees via phone and email Knowledge of union payroll or construction payroll processes a plus.
