Position: Power Equipment Operator - 1st Shift - Full Time - Level II Location: West Chester, OH Shift Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Monday through Friday Pay Rate: $20.00 Job Summary We are currently seeking a Power Equipment Operator for our West Chester location. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at significant heights, primarily operating the Order Picker. This is a safety‑sensitive position; operators must pass a drug test before authorization to operate equipment. Responsibilities Operate power equipment safely, including order pickers, forklifts, and other machinery. Follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Use basic product scanners for ordering replenishment with minimal errors. Work collaboratively as a team player with co‑workers. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred. Trained and licensed to operate power equipment. Minimum 1 year of power equipment operation experience (for non‑internal promotions). Completion of a forklift training program. Basic math skills and ability to read documents in English. Minimum age 18 years.
