Senior Customer Service Manager

To support customer engagement throughout the outage lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Customer Service Manager will manage customer relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure project execution with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost excellence. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, fostering trust through effective communication Lead end-to-end outage planning, including scope development and project scheduling Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and share best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college Background as a Mechanical Technical Field Advisor or Outage Manager is strongly preferred Working knowledge of Steam Power equipment and outage work scopes Ability to develop scopes of work, project schedules, and job cost estimates Strong understanding of EHS standards and quality requirements in field service environments
