Senior RPA Business AnalystLocation: Chicago, IL ~ Dallas, TXDuration: 6 monthsExperience Required: 4–6 yearsCore Responsibilities:Seasoned RPA Business Analyst with experience delivering approximately 15–20 PDDs.Strong understanding of all phases of the RPA Business Life Cycle.Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and document pain points.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.Design automated workflows that improve business efficiency and align with organizational requirements.Create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and supporting process documentation.Work closely with RPA developers to oversee successful implementation of bots and automation solutions.Validate automation solutions to ensure outcomes meet defined business goals and requirements.Support change management activities and facilitate stakeholder adoption of automated processes.Develop and maintain detailed as-is and to-be process maps.Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.Effectively communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams.Ensure RPA initiatives align with broader business objectives.Required Skills & Qualifications:4–6 years of experience in RPA Business Analysis.Proven experience delivering approximately 10–20 PDDs.Strong knowledge of the complete RPA Business Life Cycle.Proficiency in UiPath and RPA tools/methodologies.Excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience creating as-is and to-be process maps.Strong requirements gathering and process analysis experience.Ability to effectively interact with business and technical teams.Strong business acumen with an understanding of how automation supports business objectives.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.RPA professional certification(s) preferred.Essential Skills:Senior RPA Business AnalysisUiPathProcess Design Documents (PDD)RPA Business Life CycleRequirements GatheringProcess MappingProcess AnalysisStakeholder ManagementAutomation Solution DesignDesirable Skills:RPA professional certificationsChange management experienceStrong business and technical communication skills
