What You'll Do As a Part-Time Receptionist, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for every customer who visits or contacts CarShop. Responsibilities include: Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional first impression Answer incoming phone calls and connect customers with the appropriate department or team member Identify customer needs and help direct them to the appropriate resources Cash out retail service customers accurately and efficiently Provide clerical and administrative support to departments throughout the dealership Balance customer-facing responsibilities, incoming phone calls, and administrative tasks Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, and other dealership departments Help maintain an organized and professional front desk and customer area Deliver exceptional customer service and make every customer feel like a priority Support additional dealership needs as assigned What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities Team-oriented with a willingness to support others Positive, open-minded, and "can-do" attitude High level of integrity and professionalism Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing Ready to Make a Great First Impression? This position will require the employee to alternate sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift. This position requires the ability to push, pull, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp. Store Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required High school diploma or equivalent.
