Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Field inbound/outbound calls and generate sales appointments with customers that contact our dealership via the Internet or phone Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments Maintain a strong, friendly phone presence and represent our brand professionally Track and update customer interactions in our database Required Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers Objection handling and persuasion skills Product knowledge (training provided) Goal-oriented mindset Resilient and self-motivated Phone experience required Computer literacy and basic technical skills required Recommended 2 years of BDC Automotive experience Compensation & Benefits Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Referral program Bonus opportunities Schedule: 8-hour shifts Location: In-person position #J-18808-Ljbffr
