Key Responsibilities
- Manage product development initiatives from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Collaborate with design, sourcing, operations, and marketing teams to develop product specifications, packaging, and supporting materials.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend evaluations to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and product enhancements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and external vendors to manage product samples, testing programs, and production approvals.
- Monitor product performance following launch and recommend improvements, product refreshes, or line extensions.
- Maintain product documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, sustainability, customer, and industry requirements.
- Support marketing, sales, and e-commerce initiatives by providing product positioning, content development, and product readiness support.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
- Analyze product, market, and customer data to generate actionable recommendations and support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product development, sourcing, and commercialization processes.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and commercialization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Three or more years of experience managing physical products within a consumer products, manufacturing, packaging, retail, or related industry.
- Demonstrated experience supporting product launches from concept through production and commercialization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, design, sourcing, and supply chain functions.
- Familiarity with product performance analysis, market research, and portfolio management practices.
- Experience supporting retail, distribution, or e-commerce sales channels.
- Understanding of product positioning, online merchandising, customer reviews, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and marketplace trends.
- Experience utilizing modern digital and analytical tools to support decision-making and product management activities.
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, product stewardship programs, regulatory compliance requirements, or environmental certifications.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, sourcing practices, packaging development, and supplier management.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
