The Home Depot is seeking a Collections Specialist to support our Pro Trade Credit program. You will manage a portfolio of commercial B2B accounts, acting as the primary contact for past-due customers and negotiating payment plans to recover revenue while preserving relationships with professional trade partners. Responsibilities include outbound outreach, account reconciliation, documenting activities in ERP, and coordinating with Legal and Sales to escalate when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
