This role is structured as a remote position, offering flexibility in your work location while ensuring that you remain connected to our supportive clinical team. As an LPC, you will engage in an outpatient clinical environment, providing telehealth services to clients. You will have access to various technological tools, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems, to assist in maintaining client documentation and treatment plans. Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate the ongoing biopsychosocial needs of clients, identifying problems and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, adapting therapeutic interventions to suit the unique dynamics of each client.

• Engage in collaborative program planning with the psychiatry team and other clinical staff to ensure holistic approaches to patient care.

• Participate in clinical meetings and case consultations, contributing valuable insights regarding patient treatment and progress.

• Utilize appropriate assessment tools and techniques to gather pertinent data in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Act as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment for discussion and healing.

• Collaborate with both outpatient and inpatient teams to provide triage evaluations, crisis interventions, and referrals as necessary.

In this position, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population across various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, preferably in outpatient settings.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time LPC role ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, complemented by a bonus structure.
