Manager, Member Sales & Service Center (Non Contract, Direct Placement)

Location: Reno, NV (Onsite)

Salary: Negotiable! (Midpoint around $88,000)

Bonus: Bonus Eligible. Target 10% annual bonus (historically paid 7%-10%)

A growing ( Confidential) Credit Union client is seeking a Manager, Member Sales & Service Center to lead and help build a developing contact center operation. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-6 Member Sales & Service Associates.
• Drive member satisfaction, sales performance, and service excellence across multiple channels.
• Manage daily contact center operations, including service levels, staffing, escalations, and workforce performance.
• Oversee contact center technology, including CCaaS platforms, quality management, workforce management, analytics, and AI-driven tools.
• Hire, onboard, train, and retain top talent.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience in a contact center/customer service environment and/or CCaaS technical experience.
• Financial institution or credit union experience preferred.
• Lending experience preferred.
• NMLS registration required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Reno, NV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
