Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of strategies and interventions relevant to school-based OT practice
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs and developmental stages

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students, tailored to their individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom setting
• Document all therapy sessions and maintain clear, comprehensive records
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and advocating for students’ needs
• Educate school personnel and families about supportive techniques and accommodations
