Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing your expertise to assess client histories, diagnose issues, and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Develop close working relationships with clients to better understand their needs while applying innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enhance program development and refine therapeutic practices, ensuring our services remain cutting-edge and effective.

• Participate in credentialing committee activities, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained across the organization.

• Engage in regular treatment team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists and clinical staff to provide comprehensive care.

• Create and continuously adapt individualized treatment plans based on ongoing client assessments and documentation.

• Document patient progress through approved electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining a focus on measurable outcomes.

• Evaluate therapeutic techniques and adjust interventions based on client feedback, demonstrating an adaptive approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children, families, and clients with developmental differences, providing a range of clinical services throughout the lifespan. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure in the state of Washington as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with children and families with developmental differences.

• Strong foundation and knowledge of empirical psychotherapy approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and other contemporary treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. This full-time position is structured as a W2 role with an extensive benefits package including:
