Job Description

Job title: Medical Office Assistant
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8AM-5PM & Friday 7AM-4PM
Pay rate: $20-21/hour
Job type: Contract/temporary (open-ended, no confirmed end date)

Responsibilities include,

Assisting in back office of medical clinic
Working in Athena Health system, doing data entry, creating patient charts
Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments via patient text line
Other clerical projects as needed

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of Medical Office experience, and prior use of an EMR system (Athena, Epic, etc.).

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
