ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
Build genuine relationships with clients and provide top-notch support on their insurance needs.
Help clients navigate insurance options and discover additional coverage opportunities.
Use your creativity to engage clients and renew policies while asking for referrals.
Call ALL of the leads we provide and ask for more.
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For:
Proven track record in insurance sales
Be prepared to discuss your numbers, such as calls per day and closing ratio.
Active General Lines Property and Casualty license in Texas.
Willing to obtain the Life and Health (already having this is preferred)
Self-motivated professionals with excellent communication skills.
Goal-oriented and competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
