I opened my agency in November 2025 and currently lead a growing team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent seven years as a State Farm team member, along with time as a kindergarten teacher a background that shaped my people-first leadership style and strong focus on coaching, patience, and development. Im a proud alum of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, a parent of two, and our office wouldnt be complete without our dog, Charlie, whos very much part of the team. Our office culture is close-knit, positive, and energetic truly a work hard/play hard environment. We support one another, celebrate wins together, and believe success is best achieved as a team. Diane Berg - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
