I opened my agency in November 2025 and currently lead a growing team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent seven years as a State Farm team member, along with time as a kindergarten teacher a background that shaped my people-first leadership style and strong focus on coaching, patience, and development. Im a proud alum of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, a parent of two, and our office wouldnt be complete without our dog, Charlie, whos very much part of the team. Our office culture is close-knit, positive, and energetic truly a work hard/play hard environment. We support one another, celebrate wins together, and believe success is best achieved as a team. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Diane Berg - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
