ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in November 2025 and currently lead a growing team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent seven years as a State Farm team member, along with time as a kindergarten teacher a background that shaped my people-first leadership style and strong focus on coaching, patience, and development. Im a proud alum of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, a parent of two, and our office wouldnt be complete without our dog, Charlie, whos very much part of the team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Diane Berg - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
